Curriculum Evaluation – Undergraduate Math Program
The curriculum assessment of the Bachelor Program in Mathematics at Universitas Lampung served as the foundation for developing the 2020 Curriculum. The evaluation was based on a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) derived from the Program’s Self-Evaluation Report.
Curriculum development referred to the following national regulations:
-
Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education Regulation No. 44 of 2015 on National Standards of Higher Education.
-
Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation No. 73 of 2013 on the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI).
-
Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation No. 3 of 2020 on National Standards of Higher Education.
Feedback from alumni, graduate users, and students also played a vital role in determining core and elective courses, as well as the learning process.
The 2020 Curriculum was developed by considering:
-
Input: quality of incoming students, lecturer qualifications, and available facilities.
-
Process: quality of lectures, laboratory work, and academic support activities.
-
Output: cumulative GPA, length of study, and on-time graduation rate.
